You have all heard that celtic made it to the UEFA Cup Final but Sadly got beat 3-2 but FC Porto. You all prob watched the Game and were really disappointed that we didn't win it but really proud of the team for gettin so far and doing so well, this page will jst have a few pics to commemorate that special night on the 21st of May 2003.

Here is a bit to tell us how they reached the final and a bit about that special night in seville. :-

Celtic went on to win the UEFA cup final by beating teams like Blackburn, Celta Vigo and Liverpool.

It was the first European final in 33 years and Celtic fans all over the world were cheering on their heroes.
The Final was about to be played in Seville (Spain) against FC Porto (Portugal).
thousands and thousands of Celtic fans went to Seville to cheer on the Bhoys in White & Green.
Not everybody could get a ticket for the match, but they spent time in Seville for the atmosphere and the feeling just to be there.
 
The Bhoys were brilliant, and after full time the score was 2-2 ,after 2 Fantastic goals by Ghod Henrik.
We didn't win the UEFA cup that year.. Porto scored the silver goal in the last minutes of extra time and the final whistle was hurting every Celtic heart.
But it was one thing that people all over the world discovered that night.
It was the Celtic fans, dressed in their beloved green and white hoops, who sang.
They sang out songs of pride and love for the team, even though they had lost.
No one heard the Porto fans.
No one..
 
I wasn't in Seville that memorable night, but I feel the same.
The love for Celtic is the greatest feeling that grows in my heart when I think of the final..and the road to it.
We fought-we lost-but we still love our team, and always will.

The story of Seville, will be one that will be told for many genorations, because everyone has there own special story about what they done on the night of the 21st of May 2003.

When you look around the stadium, you always spot the odd Ireland tri-colour or even the Scottish flag, even if it was in amung all the Porto Fans,

Just look at all the support in that stadium, the fans were great that night, brill atmosphere, kept the singin and the chearing going even when it was feeling a bit tense. It really does make you proud to be apart of The Celtic support knowing that over 80,000 supporters can go to a small town anywhere, and really do us all proud.
